Across the Stylin spectrum we go once again. The reverberations of last week's NZ guests Chris Cox and Mark de Clive-Lowe continues to be felt with more from their forthcoming compilation for Antipodean and more from up-and-coming über-talent Lewis McCallum. Dallas aka Joe Dukie from Fat Freddy's Drop features on Mark's tune but also on one from the Nextmen's latest album. Closer to home, funk trio Cookin on 3 Burners drop a funky soul monster with the wonderful Kylie Auldist on diva duties. Spacek's Morgan Zarate gives us more heavy production on a new track from the updated edition of Amp Fiddler's Afro Strut album. Someone please remind me what sample he's cutting up here, it's driving me crazy! And he's a new name to me even though his albums came out in 05 and 06 - Leron Thomas. Versatile and talented, he brings trumpet, vocal, songwriting and beatmaking skills together on tunes from jazz to soul to blues to hip hop. We heard a killer jazz ballad for the Doug Hammond fans, but there'll surely be more to play from Leron.

Stylin broadcasts live each Friday on Australia's best known community station, 3RRR-FM Melbourne.
