a bit on the housetip this week with big tunes by kevin reynolds (!!!), markus enochson & the subliminal kid, daisuke tanabe's swingin remix for elizabeth shepherd, back to oldschool with marshall jefferson & ce ce rogers and their deephouse classic, broken reform takin trickski's sweat to another level, simbad and sam irl, plus 2 delicate tunes from the spiis/soulfood ep on little swiss label bonzzai.

mixtape info: Cal Gibson is one half of the Neon Heights who produced and released tunes on the now deleted laws of motion label in the 90s and are now puttin the final touches on their new full length - - - and thats goin to be a big step from what i've heard so far on demos and stuff - - - but besides that Cal is also in the re-edit business and does it very well. so as an early preview of things to come later this year here is his mixtape for you.

next week i will give you the return of the cinematic orchestra, words and music with jason swinscoe whom i've talked to on the phone in his new hometown, brooklyn, new york.

check www.enzo-ev.de for a new kinda private club experience here in frankfurt. we had anice start last week and next up is april 28th with special guests kon & amir sharing the decks with me and bringin you the rarest and finest in boogie, funk, soul & jazz..

enjoy the music,
michael
