Just back from Sydney with a bag full of records so it took me a while putting this show together. We kick of the show with a sweet laid back new folk set including a few tracks off the latest Rewind 5 album; this contains some beautiful renditions of things like Frank Zappa, Beach Boys, Prince etc. You will hear more from this album in weeks to come. I swing past the 70s with some classic Aussie soul and jazz/funk off a new Basement Digs release called

Respect Overdue. You might recognise Melbourne celeb DJ/Record store owner Chris Gill on the front cover when looking for it, or just head into Northside Records in Collingwood for a copy. I also have one to giveaway, info@straightup.com.au. Hurry up now! Adventures abound further into the show with a more dance oriented set that follows including new releases from Jazzanova, Richard Dorfmeister,Q-Continuum (great tripped out space funk out of Finland) and a pile of fresh funk and hip hop.
Apolgies for mix at times had to record this on one deck as the other died on me last week.

As far as I know, I am not a robot.
