STYLIN 327
For this show we had a little visit towards the end of the show from one of my Perth brothers, Ben Taaffe. He played some cuts from a record bag he had packed to play with me alongside Mark de Clive-Lowe and Sharlene Hector the previous evening. I pleaded with him to include some Perth music in the selections and he didn't disappoint with music from fresh producers Marc Kaminski and Wooshie. Make sure to check out the radio show Ben co-presents on RTR-FM via www.undergroundsolution.net.

From my selections I can recommend some quality new albums: Nicola Conte presents Viagem (Far Out) and Spiritual Jazz (Jazzman) for the jazz fans, Jill Scott and Frank McComb for some great live soul (check how Frank's tune morphs into You Got it Bad Girl) and Kenny Segal for some cooking-inspired hip hop.

Stylin broadcasts live each Friday on Australia's best known community station, 3RRR-FM Melbourne.
