Good to have two Stylin favourites return to RRR while visiting Melbourne. Germany's Karsten John gave us some forthcoming material from Curv, who will be the first album artist on his Vinyl Vibes label, as well as a killer Brasilian drum & bass tune which we can't say much more about yet. Brad from the Nextmen will be back in Melbourne for Good Vibrations in early Feb, by dropped by to give us some new remixes and live versions of Nextmen tunes, including a reggaefied version from Mark Rae's new project Yes King. Also check out their 5 minute mix near the end of the show - more tracks in there than most DJs put in a one-hour mix!

I got to play a few tunes as well amongst the madness. The big release for me right now is the new album from US singer Erik Rico who brings hip hop, bruk and bossa flavours to his soul tunes.

Stylin broadcasts live each Friday on Australia's best known community station, 3RRR-FM Melbourne.
